Is Correct History Mode available for Fluid Pages?

When developing Fluid pages, most are developed for Self Service Transactions. However, as technology continues to evolve there may be a time where the entire application will be Fluid. We are developing all of our pages in Fluid, but came across a specific functionality in Classic that does not seem to apply in Fluid - Correct History mode. It would appear that we are always in Correct History mode. Does Fluid differentiate between Correcting Historical data rows versus viewing them and requiring a user without Correction to add a new EFFDT?
