USE OF INVOICE UPDATION SERVICES IN CLOUD DEMO INSTANCE

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

I am trying to understand the "Invoice update service" feature and I want to create a dummy XML file in Demo Cloud instance which is sent to government authorities for any LATAM country where Electronic invoicing is applicable.

Is there any method available to do so?
