RTV accounting does not hit GST tax liability

Hi

When we do the RTV before process claim the accounting entry at Debit Memo does not hit GST Tax Liability a/c but instead it is hitting Interim Recovery Account.

Please refer the Document Oracle Financials for India (OFI) GST- RTV and RMA flow

What is the correct accounting entries for Recoverable and Non Recoverable Taxes for India GST environment
