Dunning letters delivery method is different per OU

Hi, Team!

We have several OUs with different delivery methods. Once has "Immidiate", others - "Batch". Workflow background process (WBP) is running under System Administrator and triggers all dunning letters around system, due to profile option "IEX: Deliver Dunning Letters" site level =Immediate. That makes conflicts with OU where "Batch" delivery is expected. Is there any best practice how to merge this two methods together?

I have thoughts to make "site" =Batch and then schedule "IEX Xml Generated and Delivery" in OUs with "Immidiate" format and "IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager" for OUs with "Batch" format. Cen it resolved conflict?
