How to Migrate SVG Images

I am on 8.55 and I am trying to migrate SVG images uploaded via the following navigation -  PeopleTools -> Portal -> Branding -> Branding Objects.

I have added the SVGs to a project and copied to the target.  While I can see the target images in App Designer, I can't see any of the images via the above navigation.

Is there any special I need to do to make the images visible in the PIA after migration?
