How to implement WFMAIL:OPEN_MORE_INFO_OUTLOOK rather than the standard message?

I am trying to implement the System Mailer 'Workflow More Information Request (Outlook Express)' but the standard message is being sent.

I'm using the same process as described in Document 302214.1.

To Remove the Approve And Reject Links From a Specific Email Notification, perform the following:

a. Identify the .wft file that contains the definition of the process for which the email notification needs to be changed. b. Connect to database using the Workflow Builder.

c. Open the .wft file in Oracle Workflow Builder.

d. Go to (M) Help > About Oracle Workflow Builder
