CNTCT_SEQ_NUM in AR_STMTS Application Engine

Hi all,

We're on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 bundle #14 and PeopleTools 8.53 - in the AR_STMTS application program, section INSITEMS, Step INSITEMS, it appears CNTCT_SEQ_NUM field is set to zero(along with ADDR_SEQ_NUM).

Is this expected or is this a bug that has been fixed in later versions of PeopleSoft? This is the SQL to populate STMT_ITM1_TMP. Any help would be much appreciated!!
