Hello All,

Good day,

While setting up training administrator I need to use Create training letters functionality, but when I use, and select  as shown below

No process starts, instead it shows :

Process type "Winword" for Unix operating system with database type of ORACLE is not a valid type definition. (65,10)

A valid type definition must be defined before this process type may be used.

Can be seen in following.

What additional steps do I have to configure and test the email functionality ? Any input would be a great help.
