Hello,
We are thinking to process Credit Card Payments using Collections.
When i pull up an account --> Click on Payment Processing --> Enter Payment Method, Card Brand (no error),
Credit Card Number --> I can't enter Credit Card manually. I get below error
APP-IEX-240782: You cannot enter credit card or Bank account Number directly. Please select the number from List of Values or create credit card number/Bank Account Number and attach it to customer.
My questions:
1. We can't enter a credit card manually ?? Do we need to maintain Credit Card information at Customer Account level ?? Is this the only option ?
