What are the tables can be used to pull all the valid Dept and OU Combination

We have the requirement to generate all the valid OU and Dept combinations posted to Ledger or not. We are looking for the outbound interface that can be sent with the generated data. I would like to know the best practice to address this need and also provide me the list of tables that can be used to get all the valid combinations. I understand the data could be relatively huge.

Let me know if there are other customers who have/had the similar needs and their approach to go with it.
