How do you migrate changes made with Page Configurator?

I included in  App Designer the Related Content Services and Content Configurations for Key  _PTCS_PTEVMAP for the component.  Using Migration Data Set, I used Data Set EOCC_CONFIGURATION to include the component.  When we migrated the objects, it was not working 100%.   Does anyone know all the details we need to include to migrate changes made with Page Configurator?
