We currently have Elastic Search installed and need to upgrade. Do I need to install again or just

We are moving from PSCM 9.2 PUM 23 on PeopleTools 8.55.14 to FSCM 9.2 PUM 28 on PeopleTools 8.56.09.  We also need to apply the latest DPK for Elasticsearch.  I've read through the 'readme.txt' and I am wondering if I need to do the installation steps and the upgrade steps or just the upgrade steps.  This is our first time taking an upgrade and I want to be sure I'm doing it correctly.  If I have to do the Installation steps, is there an in-install?
