I opened this SR with MOS and got the 'canned' request for files.  Does anyone know the answer to my simple questions below?!  Thank you!

We are currently on FSCM 9.2 PUM 21/Tools 8.54.25.

We are planning to upgrade to Tools 8.56.10.

Are the values stored in the above 2 fields:

ACCESSID: SYSADM

ACCESSPSWD: SYSADM'S password

Are they case sensitive?

We've recently started changing this password and I am having problems accessing the COP database that has a new ACCESSID password.

Please advise.
