Jobs posted are not visible in Career sites - ORC

Hello,

Im working on ORC and have posted a job in internal and external career sites. The requisition status got updated to "Open - Posted" but still the jobs are not visible in the career sites. We checked on the scheduled processes as well. Please let me know if we are missing on any set up here.
