I have a user request to to add the MS Outlook 'Vote' button for Approval notifications. Has anyone

We have an in-house application that reads the sender mailbox for the responses and can call web service APIs from different applications (not just PeopleSoft) to process the approval/rejection. Our management wants to use this as a standard for all applications.
