How to identify the ID that has Revised the Purchase Order in RMS. Only ORIG_APPROVAL_ID is listed.

This question is for version 14.xxx of RMS. 

We want to identify People that Revises an Approve Order in RMS and re-approves the Purchase Order.  We are hoping not to build a custom trigger that will keep track of this.  Is there any base functionality that keep track of ID that perform the Revision?
