ps_token question

Hi, when i compare two different environments of ours, in one of them i can see the values PS_LOGINLIST, PS_TOKENEXPIRE, PS_TOKEN, PS_DEVICEFEATURES, PS_LASTSITE etc and in the other environment i do not see any of these values. Why is that. Is there a configuration that is missing between the two environments? What needs to be done so i can see these values populated in the non-working environment.

Working environment:

xxxdev100112-6030-PORTAL-PSJSESSIONID=6Ex6uVW88r9gD4CrgReJ67-bWJ_IStPo!1344190969; domain=.xyz.com; path=/; HttpOnly,E

xpirePage=http://peoplesoft.xyz.com:6030/psc/ps/; domain=.xyz.com; path=/,PS_LOGINLIST=

Howdy, Stranger!
