I want to send the Payslip PDF url to the java application

I want to send the Payslip PDF url  from PeopleSoft to the java application, can we do this using the Integration Broker or we have to do this using some other method.

Please let me know if this is feasible or not. If this is feasible let me know detail steps on how to do that.
