Unable to login to PTF 8.56.01

Hi

I am trying to login to PTF 8.56.01. However, while logging in, I am getting the error message "Not one destination node can be determined for the request on node <node name>". Our instance has only one default active node configured. I am trying to login via "PTTST_CONFIG_NO_SSL" service operation. It is active and has only one active routing defined. Also, our anonymous node has all the required access. Any pointers to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.
