in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have the below requirement.

We have tow different org existing in two different states , Now a customer from one state has placed an order to our ORG1 from one state , However the shipment to be made from ORG B and billing from ORGA.

This is pretty much a Dropshipment scenario, Can anybody suggest whether OFI support dropship functionality.

Raised SR to support but yet to hear anything from oracle support.
