Non-recoverable tax account considers the item account instead of PO charge account

Hi,

The non-recoverable tax is hitting the account which was defined at item level, instead it is not considering the PO charge account for the expense items. Hence, the tax value is updating in general expense account and the item value is updating in PO charge account.
