Attachment on Journal with Two different business units is not showing up in the Journal inquiry pag

Hi All

We are on FSCM 9.2

The client has created a Journal with an attachment.

The Journal header business unit is BU001.

The line Business Unit on all lines in BU002.

If the Journal Inquiry page, General Ledger > Review Financial Information > Journal (Inquiry), (Application designer page name: JRNL_INQ_ATT_SEC)

if the user queries with BU001, no lines show up.

If the user queries with BU002, the lines show up, but no attachment..

The reason is, there is only one row created in JRNL_HEADER_ATT table with BU001.

If I insert a second row from the back end, with the same data except BU001 replaced with BU002, I can see the attachment in the inquiry page for the BU002 as well..
