How to add commas to price value Received by PO Approver in email notifications

Hi Gurus,

How to add commas to Price Values in the Email Notification received by Approver but in the email Subject and Body Line i.e. Currently system is giving notification as below

Complex Purchase Order XXXX for USD  8040000.00 is sent for approval.
