Is ksh required after install?

Hello,

I'm installing the 12.2.1.3 versions of OAM, OID, and OHS on RHEL 7. During install, the installer is checking for ksh package. My SA isn't happy about this since it's such an old package. Do we need to keep the package after the product is installed? The software owner would be using bash.
