Elastic Search - You are not authorized to access this compenent (40,20). How do I fix this error?

We just applied PUM 28 and also updated our Elastic Search server.  Our users are now getting the following error when clicking on the results of a search

They have security to the page that the search result returns.  What do I need to do to get rid of the error?
