What is the procedure to migrate a database from X5-2 oakcli to X7-2 odacli stack? Can you use an r

The X5-2 ODA doesn't have a backup command using oakcli like the odacli stack does.  Can you migrate a database from X5-2 using rman to the X7-2 HA using the odacli stack?
