Collections and Unapplied Receipts

Hello I wonder if someone can help me with this issue

It seems that our Income team are not great at applying receipts to transactions.

So we have one delinquency with one £ 99k delinquent invoice

However for the same Bill To we have we have £ 194k of Unapplied Receipts

This means the Bill To is effectively £ 95 k in credit

So we have the simplest strategy Setup you could ever have:

< £ 300 = low value strategy

> £ 300 = high value strategy

Trouble is we when we run IEX Strategy Management it allocates a Low Value strategy I assume this is because the overall balance on the Bill To is in Credit
