Fluid Homepage Themes/Branding

Fluid has been around now for a while in the PeopleSoft toolset, however the tiles that you are able to see on the homepage are simply rectangular blocks.  I know we can use CSS to enhance the look and feel of these tiles, but instead of users going down that route, I believe it would be more beneficial for Oracle to provide a Framework to manage the look and feel of the tiles.  If you use modern mobile devices the icons and images are a lot more cleaner and visually appealing.  I am not asking for this for the tiles
