PT 8.56.06 app server error in stderr: tocall .GETSVC failed: TPENOENT - no entry found"

Our PT 8.56.06 app server went unresponsive and only the BBL and 2 APP server processes were running.  Can't find much information in the app server log but stderr file shows "tpcall .GETSVC failed: TPENOENT - no entry found"

How can I tell what caused the issue?
