how to find approval group id (AME approval group) from workflow notification record through SQL que

We use dynamic approval lists in AME. In order to report on historical approval of workflow notifications, we need to link the AME approval group id to a given workflow notification. Do any of the workflow tables store the AME approver id on the notifications?
