Issue after applying WLS OCT 2018 CPU Patch

Hi,

We recently applied WLS Oct  2018CPU Patch to our Web logic Server which is on 12.2.1.2.

Now we are facing issues in creating a new web domain.

We checked Oracle support to find the below document which matches our errors .

'com.oracle.cie.domain.script.jython.WLSTException: com/oracle/cie/domain/xml/configxb/AuthenticatorType' When Creating PIA Domain After Applying WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.2.180717 (Doc ID 2438920.1)

It says to rollback April 2018 CPU patch which we did not even apply. Previously we were on Jan 2018 CPU and installed July 2018 CPU.So please advise on this case.
