RMS v14.0.x - Multiple vendors supplying same consignment item

Posupld - Against which supplier sale will be recorded in RMS (meaning PO will be created in RMS).

If sale will be recorded against primary supplier? - Can this be tweaked based on a system option?

  

For example, A branded shoe of size 10 can be sold by manufacturer or a footwear retailer.

Both manufacturer & footwear retailer can be consignment suppliers of a large retailer.

There is an easy way out setting up 2 different items for each supplier, from my perspective it's not a lean solution.

Any insights would be appreciated.
