There are more than 6 Lakh notifications sitting in my queue.Need a way to Clear Them.

There are more than 6 lakh Notifications sitting in My queue only some of those need my action and the rest does not Require any action from My side.Request you to let me know if there any effective way keeping only the notification that require action from My side and clearing the rest.
