Incorporating AP payments into PeopleSoft Cash Forecast Daily Position

Looking for help with how to incorporate AP payments into the Cash Forecast worksheet. The worksheet doesn't seem to use dates the same way for AP sources like it does the Bank statement and other Deal Management position sources.

I have created a Cash Forecast worksheet that brings in the Daily Bank Balances and any Transactional data from the Current Day Bank Statements. I'm looking to incorporate transactions known in the system into the daily position report as well. When working with the bank and treasury data sources there is no need to include a date lookup in the source selection criteria as the data matches up with the dates shown on the worksheet. However when trying to pull AP data it will return the full result set from the POS_AP_PYMNT_VW unless some date criteria is included in the
