The oracle mobile approvals for Oracle E-Business Suite is not working properly on Android mobile ph

Hello
We have implemented the oracle mobile approvals for Oracle E-Business Suite .

The application operates in interanet (local network) for ios and Android mobile phones without problems.
But when it comes to using in  internet (external mode) and connect with vpn to server, we do not have any problems with ios mobile phones, but in Android mobile phones after installing the app, the first time we run the app works properly. And in the next time after the logon, the app displays only a white page and the information is not displayed.

What can you think of the problem?
