User with specific employee workflow insufficient privileges to see status monitor

Hello, when it is needed to see workflow process from an EBS page, connected with application user with one employee, the msg You Have Insufficient Privileges For The Current Operation Error came up, if the same EBS app user is modified asigning another employee, with same steps it is possible to visualize the Workflow Status Monitor of the process without the error, could you please help us to see what diference between employees could cause the error, thank you
