What happened to the 'Spinning wheel' on GL Journal Post?

We just upgraded Financials 9.2 to PUM 28. Tools 8.56 Our business partners noticed that the 'Spinning Wheel' that indicates a journal is posting, is no longer there.  It is present when editing a journal, but it is not there when posting.  This happens on Main Menu > General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journal Entries.

Is there anyway to get this back?  My business uses this at an indication of when they are done.
