Redirecting Peoplesoft Fluid homepage

Hi,

I was wondering if I remove all Tiles from the main homepage in fluid mode, in this case "Recruiting", whether I could get redirected to the recruiting transactional pages without using any Tile...

If it is possible how can I do it?
