PI_HOME MISSING on PUM11 native OS windows

I installed PUM11 on NATIVE OS WINDOWS on VMWARE.  I do not see PI_home from the Change Assistant Client Machine.  I shared c:\psft\pt\cs_pi_home on the server.  Is this the correct directory to use for Change Assistant PI_HOME?
