Message Catalog Pop-ups - Msg Cat description has html and it not displaying

Hi,

I'm on PT 8.54.  Using a groupbox on a page add the Message Catalog set/Number in the Embedded Popup Help.

The Message Catalog Text has html tags and works fine in the message. However, the Message Catalog Description with embedded HTML is showing the html tags.

Is this a bug on the Message Catalog embedded popups?  Is there an alternative implementation for a help popup?
