What verion of java can all three RMS,SIM and RPM application run on in same windows machine?

Please can any of you let me know what version of Java will work for all the MOM applications like RMS, SIM, RPM, ReIM  on same machine.  we are using verion 13 series of all these applications.

I have Java 7 U-67 , RPM and SIM works on this perfectly however RMS does not even get launched and neither am I seeing any error messages .
