OIM service, BI Service and SoA service will not start on one of the host when initiated by the node

These services will not start via the nodemanager when initiated from the weblogic console. Services for the secondary have no problem.


What I have found is that some of the startup content / files  are being created in the admin server domain and the managed server domain. Files like .pid and .state files are said to not be found and I think it is because the process is expecting the managed server directory and it is creating some things in the admin directory, and then subsequently fails.

What is the best solution to fix this? I've attempted to clean up lok files, log/cache/temp directories and have not been able to resolve the issue.
