Is there a delivered way to modify the express pay cycles?

We are running financials 9.2.  I am wondering if there is a delivered way to modify the Express Pay cycles.  Specifically, we would like to add the 'Positive Pay file'  creation.

I found a community discussion from 2014 which said there wasn't but I wanted to verify if that is still accurate.
