System asking for 'admin' password twice

I don't understand why, but whenever I log into the system as 'admin' using SSH, the system is asking for the password twice.

Also, once the password are entered (same password) I don't get into 'enable' mode right away.
This happens only for the 'admin' user.

Running a 'delete-configuration' didn't help.

All ideas how to get rid of this will be much appreciated.
