How to set Email Notification Message to be a FYI from Action Required

Oracle Workflow : POREQCHA.wft

Oracle workflow version 2.6.3.5

ebiz--> R12.1.3

Requirement:- To display Req lines detail in change requisition workflow (POREQCHA.wft)

Issue :-  How do I force my Message to be a type FYI, so that it appends "FYI:" to the Subject instead of Action Required.

Changes--

# I have changed the message body to &RCO_REQ_LINES_FWK_RN from &REQ_CHANGE_NOTIF_BODY of the message Requisition Change FYI(Simplified).

# After this, I am able to see requisition lines detail in both ebiz and email notifications but the subject of the email is coming as

Action Required: Requisition 52825031 Change Request (11,000,000.00 CAD) for Yatham, Dev
