Workflow Mailer sending mail again with Subject : Closed after approving mail.

Hi ,

We are facing issue where workflow mailer is sending email with Subject :Closed Journal Batch .

Once user approve the request over email. He is getting the same email again for approval with mentioned subject line.

The email body having below message

You earlier received the notification shown below. That notification is now closed, and no longer requires your response. You may simply delete it along with this message.

Request you to please help someone already faced same issue earlier.
