MicroFocus cobol 5.1 wp15 on PeopleTools 8.56 not compiling cobols giving below error:-

[vpadmin@ setup]$ ./pscbl.mak PTPDTTST

/app/psft/sit/fin856/setup/pscbl_mf.mak : Compiling PTPDTTST.cbl ...

/app/psft/sit/fin856/setup/pscbl_mf.mak: line 249: cob: command not found

cp: cannot stat ‘PTPDTTST.gnt’: No such file or directory

cp: cannot stat ‘PTPDTTST.int’: No such file or directory

cp: cannot stat ‘PTPDTTST.lst’: No such file or directory

/app/psft/sit/fin856/setup/pscbl_mf.mak : Error : The list of file(s) failed to compile.

PTPDTTST fail to compile

Any idea ? Cobol compiler was installed successfully and Licenses have been added successfully still the error prevails.
