Conolidation - Elimination Sets

Consolidations Eliminations Sets/Lines we are trying to select all Revenue & Expense rows, but it seems you can't use a tree and note as you can with Equitization Rules. What are other users doing or are they just inserting every account on the consolidation Elimination Set - Lines page?
