pscbl_mf.mak: command not found

I am compiling cobols on PUM CS 9.2 + PT 8.56 on Linux 6 ( Linux rstns.us.oracle.com 3.8.13-118.25.1.el6uek.x86_64 #2 SMP Tue Oct 9 12:30:24 PDT 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I am getting below error. To fix the issue,

i tried solution given in doc E-COB: Cobol Compile Error "pscbl_mf.mak: not found" (Doc ID 1420173.1).But, no luck.

I checked i am getting message for all the cobols starting with PT*

Can any one suggest the solution.
