Error coming in OM from GST, Delivery completed, but line status does not changes in Sales Order

Hi All,

We have an issue where Delivery Status is Closed in Shipping Transactions, but the same is not reflecting in Sales Order lines. Product Revision is 12.1.3. Database 12c.

We have already attempted below:

1) Run Workflow Background Process

2) Retry Activities in Error

3) Directly trigger from Workflow Administrator with Item Key

We could find below error with OM Debug Enabled while running Retry Activities in Error:

Exiting Put with activity display name: Fulfill

Fetched 4 records from msg cursor 2 for item type OEOL

ORA-20001: APP--20110: Encountered an error in JAI_OM_TAX_DET_PKG.determine_factors_ns.

ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72
